iPad 4th Generation "forbidden (403)" error on Eufy application

Howdy y'all! I'm trying to repurpose one of my older ipads to use as a security panel essentially. It's a 4th gen iPad which can only run iOS 10.3.3. It's able to run the eufy application or the Home application (I have my cameras all synced to the eufy app on my current iPad and iPhone). It probably outdated and you're required to have higher ios to user their app.
