iPad 4th Generation "forbidden (403)" error on Eufy application

Howdy y'all! I'm trying to repurpose one of my older ipads to use as a security panel essentially. It's a 4th gen iPad which can only run iOS 10.3.3. It's able to run the eufy application or the Home application (I have my cameras all synced to the eufy app on my current iPad and iPhone). I'm wondering if the error is because the ipad is so out of date or if there is something else that is wrong? I've reset my network settings on the device, I've deleted/re-downloaded the app, I've done a fair bit of troubleshooting...nothing. I'm wondering if anybody has any insight on something I can try differently? Thank you in advance.

It probably outdated and you're required to have higher ios to user their app.
