In the iTunes store in the top songs Preview list some songs won't play and the same in the top music videos Section! Why?

In the iTunes Store under top songs, I can't preview some of them and same goes for some of the music videos I can't preview some of them either, all I get is the Infinite loading Circulating icon. just wondering why.

On my MacBook Air I can't preview some songs in the iTunes store When I open iTunes and try to preview songs by clicking on the arrow next to the song some songs do not preview even though the circle shows and the little square/stopsign icon shows inside of it. middle. Not all songs either, just some won't play preview and seem stuck when clicking play for the preview. Even in the same album some songs will preview and others won't. I'm running Ventura 13.5. Before I upgraded from the prior version of Ventura all songs would preview. Now some songs that used to preview now longer do. I've shut down and rebooted my computer (MacBook Air w/M1 chip), my internet connection and wifi all work. On my iPhone 13 running the latest software version I have no issues and all songs still preview in the iTunes store. Any ideas?

Songs in Playlists Greyed Out - But play OK when browse / search? Hi there Annoying issue that I see lots of people have but have not seen a resolution that works I have an Apple Music subscription - works fine - I can browse the catalog and play songs etc problemo (see image 1 - song plays ok when browsed search Apple Music for the song) BUT Some songs (not all) when I add them to a playlist I create are greyed out/won't play (see image 2 - song greyed out won't play in playlist) This happens in iTunes on Mac and also on my phone - same thing Any suggestion to resolve this would be great... Troubleshooting the network:

Make sure your Windows PC is up to date.

Update to the latest version of iTunes

Update to the latest version of iTunes for Windows 10 – Apple Support (UK)

Check the Wi-Fi connection.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Disable all AV & Firewalls temporarily.
