Received notice in my iPhone settings to get ready for my new iPhone but I DID NOT purchase a new phone. What should I do?

Who used my account? hi! I had an email notice saying that someone had logged on to a new device to use my ID/password to buy the Elvis movie. I should change your Apple ID password, just to be sure but most likely there is nothing going on
