What does follow wrist mean for mic input hearing aids

In control center with Bluetooth enabled hearing aids there is a section for mic input with 2 options: off or follow wrist. What does this mean and do?

Can’t Turn Off Voice Control on Studio Beats 3 I don’t use Siri on my iPhone, so naturally I don’t want voice control enabled on my new headphones, but I can’t figure out how to turn off this feature. The Beats Studio 3 headphones have called several people when I accidentally pressed the “b” button. How do I turn Voice Control off? I’ve conducted an online search and can’t find any info at all.

You will have to contact the hearing aid manufacturer to find out what that means.
