How do I access Oticon hearing aid controls on my iPhone

Re: Oticon hearing aids "Aids connect to Bluetooth but sound is not directed to/coming through aids at all (for phone calls, music, anything).

Am no expert in this area, yet your post to the community deserves some response.

You might want to check the Settings to make sure your hearing aids are listed correctly.

For controls: Try: Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices

(You may be able to tap the name of your hearing-aids for more settings.)

If your hearing aids have an app: the app may offer other settings or controls

The hearing-aid's manual (or manufacturers support website) may have tips.
