Major iPhone malfunction

Hello, thank you in advance for any help!

iPhone 11 acted all normal. Today it seemed somewhat slow. Oh well. When I took a shower I had it charging in the hot steamy bathroom, facedown. Maybe not the smartest idea. Not sure if that has something to do with It, you tell me. Wanted to check on my phone after and it really wouldn't load any app, kept going back to home screen. Shut it down and the little turning wheel that shows its working on something kept showing, couldn't even turn it off. Finally it turned off. Tried restarting a few times but was stuck on apple logo forever. Whenever I finally showed the password request after entering password it would shut down again and again. Battery shouldn't have been an issue. At some point it finally got better. Even then some apps we're not showing. I could tap on where the app used to be and it would start but the icon was invisible. I never had anything like this. What does that mean? Could it be related to hot steam or does it indicate I may have gotten hacked ? What should I do now? It seems to work normal but how can I trust it ? Help !!!!!

I appreciate you taking the time. I realize having the device in a steaming bathroom was not the smartest decision ever. However, it was facedown, charging. I can see how the camera might be affected by steam but that was not the case.

instead some apps were not displayed, or dissent load, it took forever to get past the apple symbol when restarting and would shut down right after the password was entered. Are those problems that steam could cause ?
