IPhone 11 Pro Touch Screen and volume buttons not working

This morning my iphone touch screen suddenly stopped working, I can turn it on and off but that's about it. I can't force reset it either because the volume buttons don't work. I can't use Siri because I can't unlock it, I can't use Face ID either since I shut the phone down. I've tried to connect it to my pc to back it up but I can't since it says that I need to unlock the phone to use accessories. I can receive calls and messages but I obviously can't answer. I'm not very willing to erase it either since I haven't backed it up in a while. My protective screen, phone case, and all accessories have been removed. I don't really care much about fixing the volume buttons since those haven't been working for a while and I've just been using Assistive Touch, just that I can't use them to restart the phone.
