Mail preferences don't show up on the screen
Suddenly the Mail preferences didn't pop-up which make it impossible to add signatures etc.

- Try opening preferences in safe mode: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
- After testing in safe mode, start back up normally, and try again.
