Files not visible at all and some other greyed out when I try to attach them through a Sales Navigator message

All my files seem fine when I search and access them in my Finder.

However when I try to attach a such a file from a Sales Navigator message it won't appear in my Choose a file to upload dialogue window. It cannot be find with a search either. In the same time some other files appear greyed out in the Choose a file to upload dialogue window (yet they're not like that in the Finder). These would mainly be PPTX, JPEG, Raw Message Source formats, but not only.

And to make it all even more complicated - I do not have that problem when I try to attach such a file in LinkedIn message communication, only in Sales Navigator.

Any ideas how to get out of this crazy situation?
