Hi yenifer145,

If you haven't done so yet, try restarting your iPhone. This may seem like a simple step, but restarting can correct some issues. To further isolate the behavior, try connecting your iPhone to a different network. This will let you know if the issue is specific to the network it's currently connected to.

If the issue continues, this article has some additional steps that could be helpful: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
2. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.

Are you running iOS 17 beta? If so, note that you may experience unexpected behavior. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, the best troubleshooting step to take next is to go back to the current version of iOS. Then test to see if the issue still exists. The steps to do that can be found here: How to uninstall iOS or iPadOS beta software

If you want to continue using the public beta, you can submit your findings using the Feedback Assistant app.

Regards.
