My iPad screen is dark and can't be opened

The screen is keep being dark and can't be opened even when I was charging it. And It's still not working after I forced to open it. And I'm pretty sure it's not about the charger, since sometimes the screen can turn a little dark blue but that's it

I used the steps to force it to open but sometimes it only turns a little dark blue, other times there's nothing happened. I have gone to an Apple store and they said my iPad should be sent to the factory, how can I do that?

Start the process here:

iPad Repair & Service - Apple Support

If you choose the mail/ship-in option, Apple will set up an appropriate address to use for return.

When I needed to return my iPad for battery service and used that support page, I got the option to drop it at a local USP Store. When I got there, UPS already had the shipping information for the iPad from Apple and even packaged it for me.
