iPad and Magic Keyboard are not talking to each other with ijklmo as well as 789. Those will not type with the Magic Keyboard. I purchased another Magic Keyboard same problem. Has anyone had this?

I have tried multiple fixes from Apple but nothing helps. Has anyone had this problem with the letters ijklmo. Numbers 789

the return button doesn’t work and I haven’t checked them all there could be more. I’m on my second Magic Keyboard and it is doing the same thing. Same letters and numbers missing . This is an I pad pro 6th generation. The built in QWERTY board works fine.
