Where is Rescue E-mail entered?

It says to do this but I have no option to enter Rescue E-Mail. Why?

Add or change a rescue email address

Sign in to appleid.apple.com.
Select Sign-In and Security.
Select Rescue Email. You might be asked to answer one or more security questions or enter your Apple ID password before you continue.

VMware, macOS 10.15

If you have 2FA enabled, it’s now termed “Notification” e-mail; which replaced the previous “Rescue” e-mail.

I don’t disagree.

The article below is the only place of which I’m aware that the “differentiation” is explained; and even it could use some serious re-work.
