I cannot see my Rescue Email address

I received a notification that someone had tried to use my Apple ID to sign in in another country.

I clicked Dont Allow and proceeded to change my Apple ID password, activated 1 hour Security Delay and did an overall security check on my device.

I added an additional email address to my Sign-In & Security settings. My primary email received notification of each change I made, as well as noticed of change to my "Rescue email address".

I've checked all settings and cannot see when I log in to my device or via computer a specified Rescue email address heading like all the guides mention.

Is this just in reference to the additional email address I added as part of my "Email and Phone Numbers" in the Sign-in & Security settings?

I want to ensure someone hasnt added a Rescue Email address to try and get into my account

Also to add I have Two Factor Authentication already set up
