I keep having issues where I bring up a certain credit card with my Apple Watch and then when I use it to tap, it shows that the charge went on my Apple account and not the other credit card. Has anyone else had this problem?

I suspect it’s resetting to the default, before you can initiate the Apple Pay transaction. Do you see the >Hold Near Reader< notification?
When you choose the card you want to use, you have to touch the card and you’ll see either the >Hold Near Reader< notification or the >Double Click to Pay< notification if your watch is already near the terminal. If you don’t take the extra step, I think transactions just go on the default card in the Watch Wallet app.

What is the default card in your Apple Watch Wallet app?
It is the Apple card.
It is telling me to hold near reader. I watch it as I flip my wrist over. I am wondering if maybe there was a connection issue with approving the other card and then Apple switches to the default card.
I suppose it’s possible, but that has never been my experience using my Watch.
