A few years ago U2 and Apple cursed everyone with an album by U2, a band I dislike. Back then I sat through customer service to remove it.
It came back and now customer service says they do not know how to remove it. I have been chatting with them for over an hour and they have no clue.
I really dislike this band and do not enjoy this album. Did anyone else have this "gift" come back and haunt them again?

There used to be a special service 'Remove iTunes gift album "Songs of Innocence" from your iTunes music library and purchases' - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6439 but now you have to contact Apple:
Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.
