How to disable iPhone from announcing time

My iPhone 12 pro max has started announcing the time every day at 11:22 AM. It does so, even if the iPhone is set in silent mode. I have no idea why it has started doing this. I can’t seem to find any way to stop it. Any thoughts?

My 14 Max announces the time completely randomly. This morning it said “6:30 am”. Then it said “6:33” three times. I don’t have any notifications or alarms set. It does this completely randomly as far as I can tell. Sometimes a few days go by with no announcement and then it will do it again at another random time. Usually it isn’t an even time like 6:30 but something like 1:27. Any ideas?
