System overload in logic (freezes)

Hi, I'm not getting access to the apple support they just shout me around in circles.

I'm trying to make music in logic but I'm getting a system overload message that interrupts the process of making music.

Can anyone help me with this? What is wrong? I've seen logic perform well without system overload being resolved before so why not now?

Please help me I'm getting desperate.
