Why can i not share my AppleMusic with family members in other countries in Europe?

Why can i not share my AppleMusic with family members in other countries in Europe? When will this be possible? I am not subscribing to AppleOne because of this reason.

Region restrictions are likely to remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. It most likely has to do with royalties and copyrights, aka DRM. Use Feedback - Apple Music - Apple to vent & ask for feature enhancements. All the best.
