iphone 13 ios 16 notifications only in stack view

Despite I change the notifications settings I can only view them in stack mode. I’ve restarted my device multiple times but the problem persist. Any solution? I want the notifications in list view.

How do I fix notifications not showing on iPhone running iOS 18.0.4? My notifications isn't showing even after updating ios 18.0.4 I have trouble getting notifications from the apps I downloaded even thought I've allowed the notifications to show and able to receive. I am not sure if there's a solution but it's been an ongoing problem for me it's frustrating missing out on stuff because of the notification bug. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
