Can I merge two apple ID's?

For some reason, my Ipad has a different email address log in than my iPhone. I would like to sync some apps.

Hi Blackwidow812,

Your Apple ID is the account that you use to access Apple services, and it isn't possible to merge Apple IDs.

Purchases can be shared with up to five other family members with Family Sharing, including iTunes, Apple Books, and App Store purchases.
