Unknown part never been retired, so why is it there I want it removed
It is a possible hardware problem. I would suggest that you get an appointment at an Apple Store or Apple authorized service center for an evaluation of your phone.

I am not going to an iPhone shop when there’s nothing wrong with it. As far as I can see. I am not paying their prices for someone to look at it when it is something they have actually put in the software just remove it from the software on the next update it’s not broken. It’s not Home where there’s nothing wrong with the phone. I’ve checked everything it is just the way I tried to take money from me.
That is your choice to not have your phone checked for any hardware issues. You say that there is nothing wrong with your phone yet you have an error message that you believe is caused by the software on your phone. If that were the case, we would see hundreds of messages here regarding this issue and we have not. You will have to decide how you want to proceed with this but I still say if it were me, I would get it checked at an Apple Store.
I am not gonna give at satisfaction of paying for something which Dale deliberately put on my phone to charge me for. I want to make a serious complaint to Apple, but there is no way of doing it which I find disgusting. I have two iPhones since they first come out I will never buy another one
I am getting unknown part on my iPhone pro 12. I have never had it repaired it’s been the same since I got it out of the box. I want me to take it off my phone but it doesn’t seem to be a way to do it. How can I do it
