We aren’t able to turn her phone number back on so no way to recover or change password.
Not sure what else to do AT&T couldn’t help me nor the Apple Store

Our granddaughter died and we (or her mother) need to open her iPhone. I tried opening the article you linked to, but I only get "page not found". Despite the fact that you only posted it a week ago and Apple recommended your post?!?!
