How do I get text messages to come to my phone
If the person not in my contacts I can’t receive texts messages from anywhere like a business etc

Not sure I fully understand your post.
Are you saying that you can receive either iMessages or SMS text messages ONLY from people in your iPhone's Contact List, but not from anyone else?
