You cannot send money from an Apple Card or 3rd party credit cards directly.
You can only send money from Apple Cash, and the recipient must have an Apple device and Apple Cash setup to receive the transfer.
If the transfer is for more that the available balance in Apple Cash, it will automatically use the default debit card to complete the transfer amount.
