I am using a smart TV, and it allows me to use the Apple TV application and watch a MULTITUDE of the movies I have purchased. However, whenever I try to watch one specific movie.... I keep getting this message across 4 different smart TVs. "Content Unavailable - This type of content is not currently compatible with your device. To play, try again using an Apple device."

These are all different brands, some are SAMSUNG and some are ROKU HISENSE. Same movie, and same message. Apple TV (hardware), it works without a hitch.

Can someone please, tell me what is wrong with the Apple app.
