I have a Parallels virtual machine running macOS Ventura, but when I try to access my iCloud account it gives me an error saying "Verification failed - The action could not be completed". I don't know how this can be corrected.
Has this happened to anyone? Do you know how it can be solved?

Why are you running Ventura on a VM on a Mac? Apple OS is designed to run directly on the Mac. Is your Mac too old to run Ventura natively so you're running it in Parallels?
You iCloud Account is associated with your Apple ID
To set up iCloud on your devices, sign in to each of them with the same Apple ID and password
