How do I change my payment method on my apple TV if I have no other apple device?

I must change my credit card end then I would like to watch movies on my apple TV. I do I do that?

Failing that, you can edit the payment method on the web, through the Manage your Apple ID site (with a few web-only limitations).

It can be changed from a Windows PC or Microsoft Surface as described in the Related Article above. If you don't have access to either of those, you can't.
