Trying to rate an ap on Apple TV the remote will not change the amount of stars, it is stuck on 5 stars!?
I have a 4K apple TV with the new remove and touch turned off. Anyon else have this issue?

The issue occurs when only click navigation is enabled - touch swipe allows the correct star rating to be selected. Left/right navigation does not change the star rating on ‘click only’ remote setting.

Trying to rate an app on Apple TV the remote will not change the amount of stars.
The 1–5 star rating is available on current versions system software. Highlight the Your Rating tile, center-click it, in the pop-up screen with that stars, navigate left-right for the wanted amount of stars, then center-click to confirm, then a “Thanks’ message will confirm the submission.
To review apps (enter text), please do so on iPhone or iPad in the App Store app, for apps of the same name.

Perhaps one needs to run the current or near-current version tvOS to access this feature?
Else contact the Support staff for further assistance. I can’t replicate this issue.
That's right, I can't believe Apple lets this stuff slide! Simple coding error. using swipe on the new Apple remotes is horrible in my opinion, and that's why they allow it to be turned off, all controls should still be available with this feature off.
Does not work for me, The Pop screen comes up but I can not change the stars.
I am running the latest 16.6.
