When trying to download apps in the App Store my account keeps telling me that its disabled and not letting do nothing. I just want to get my account working.

If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support , or "You cannot login because your account has been locked”, you must contact Apple for help. This is not something you can fix yourself.
