How do i cancel the viber subscription that was accidentally pressed my 12 yr old daughter? I was wondering why i was charged for viber for a long time now and i never ever use it

Hi i noticed that for how many months apple is charging me for viber that i never ever subscribe or used. My 12 yr old daughter sometimes use my phone to play and i dont know if she accidentally pressed that and subscribe but i am having a hard time cancelling it and it took me how many months to figure out that it was a viber bill that they deduct from my credit card

If you deleted the Viber app and if you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, I suggest that you contact iTunes Store Support Team directly, and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=ikb&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=21084

If subscribed then go to App Store or iCloud profile look at subscriptions and cancel. If just a download app delete the app!
