Hi I have apple id base on the US and have 100 us dollar balance but I can’t pay in game purchases “your ourchase coupd not be completed” why is that?

So I’m base in Asia but have US apple jd country region that have balance to buy in game purchases.

but it shows the purchased could not be completed why is that? Usually its fine. Is there any regulation change or something I clicked

Try and change your payment info

Add a payment method on your iPhone or iPad

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name.
Tap Media & Purchases, then tap View Account. You may be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.
Tap Manage Payments.
Tap Add Payment Method.

6. Enter the payment method details, then tap Done.

If you still cannot complete your purchase, please Contact - Official Apple Support for further assistance
