Hi Wsik75,
welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community.
Re: "IPhone SE shuts off repeatedly"
Could be any one of a number of possible causes, and we have little info. to go on ; wonder what you have tried.
Wondering which iOS version is installed on the iPhone SE. (To check: See Settings > General > About).
and
whether the iPhone SE has the newest compatible iOS version installed.
(Eg: An iPhone SE (1st. gen) is compatible with iOS 15 :
According to: About iOS 15 Updates - Apple Support the newest version is iOS 15.7.8
_____________________________________________________
If the iPhone is updated to the newest compatible iOS version (Eg: For SE Gen 2 or SE Gen 3 that is iOS 16.6)
Then you may want to check if the iPhone has enough free space (Eg: 8Gb free) in which to operate smoothly.

If needed: See: "Manage space on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch” in the article below:

If the same app is in use each time the issue appears, see if Apple support's article below can help:

If you have third-party (non-Apple) apps like unnecessary virus, checkers, ad-blockers etc., installed they can cause issues, even VPN can be troublesome ... you might want to try turning any such apps off, and see if the iPhone SE's performance improves. (Ensure any necessary third-party apps are updated and compatible.)

Re: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support
says:
"Preventing unexpected shutdowns: With a low battery state of charge, a higher chemical age, or colder temperatures, users are more likely to experience unexpected shutdowns" ... more info. in the article above.

If you are using low power mode to save battery life on your iPhone SE:
you could try turning it off (eg: while doing intensive tasks) and see if there's an improvement.
