Will the power bank, Samsung P5300 20000mAh 25W Dark Gray (EB-P5300XJEGEU) be good for charging iPhones and iPads?

5 volts, at 2.1amps. Wattage can be higher, the iPhone will manage that. So 25 watts will work fine and even fast charge the iPhone.

It will be fast, but no faster than 25watts.

The iPhone will not charge any faster past a certain point. That being around 25watts.
