Hi, excuse, my apple care plan is not available for payment even though I have already entered a new card. Could you please help me?

I was unable to make the monthly payment for my apple care, which was due to the fact that the card was no longer valid. I added a new card, however, it tells me that the payment still cannot be made. Could you please help me?

This is a user to user forum. We aren't Apple so we can't help you with a payment issue. At the bottom of the related article link at the top of this page is a blue word link, contact Apple Support. Tap that link to contact Apple. If you're in the US, you can call them at 800-My-Apple too.
