How can I delete my Apple ID and everything Apple related?

You're better off resetting the password. This Apple article has instructions for what to do if you have forgotten your Apple account password —> If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

No. You can't delete an account you can't verify you own. You'll need to deal with the password issue first.
