Confused about my cable as it has the print of “Assembled in India”

The only way to know for sure is to purchase from Apple or Authorized Apple Seller. There are many counterfeit accessories and they can print whatever they want on a cable and it does not prove anything. If you purchase from a third party site, then that is the risk you take.

Hello, I also have a question regarding this issue: How can it be confirmed whether the charging cable approved by the iPhone belongs to the box?

I also faced the same issue with my iPhone 13 (India). After one week, the cable stopped working, and when I visited an Apple authorized support center, they informed me that the cable was fake and not covered under warranty.

I request Apple Support to assist users with this issue. Either the service centers need to be updated, or there needs to be an investigation into how a fake cable could end up in an iPhone box.
