Can the apps and contacts be different on the 2nd SE Watch then the phone it is connected to? Do not want the apps from the Iphone on the 2nd SE watch. Want to put different apps and contacts on it.

You can install apps on the watch itself, simply don't use the download apps from iPhone feature

For as far as I know this can prove difficult, as Apple Watch is not designed to be a standalone device. It is always designed to work with a paired iPhone
