I can’t download de update on my phone

I want to download de update for my Apple Watch, but for some reason it doesn’t start, not with Wi-Fi, not with phone data. What can I do?

You need to charge the watch and wait until the Apple Watch has at least 50% battery as explained in your screen shot.
