Go to Settings/Accessibility/Display & Text Size and turn off the invert settings.

How to change iPhone screen colors back to normal settings? While following some online guide, I changed the display color of my iphone battery and this is how my screenshots display ever since and I don’t even remember how we did it again. Note that the color of my background image is not edited and so it should display like a normal picture. I need help in reversing this, please help out. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
