How do I restore normal colors on my iPhone 16 Plus display?

The colors on my iPhone right now are Blue/Orange. There had been more colors than that. I did get to reading something about how you could color this and that…when am I just going to leave things alone? If anyone has suggestions to help me clean up this mess, I would be very grateful. iPhone 16plus 18.5 Thank you. (It doing it over the whole iPhone)
