I am trying to transfer tickets from tick master app to my apple wallet. It wants my Face ID, and my current phones password, then it wants my old iPhones password. I have no idea what that is. When I click on forgot password it says reset encrypted data. What happens if I do that?

The encrypted data that will be reset is basically all saved passwords and other information that is “remembered” by your phone. If you reset it, you’ll have to enter passwords to websites that you go in Safari or other things that your phone automatically remembers for you and enters automatically so you don’t have to enter them every time. If you remember all this information, you’ll just have to enter it again as it will start a new list on your phone that you have now and will then any time you try to get the information on to a new device will have to remember the passcode to the phone you have now instead of an old one.
