Enable text messaging

I would like to cut my text off on my iPhone 100% disable it!!

Do you have a cellular connection on the iPhone? You will have to chat with your carrier to disable that functionality.

To deregister iMessage, use the following link: Deregister and Turn Off iMessage - Apple Support.
