Sleep stages not showing

I have done all the steps to set up a sleep schedule and my time asleep shows however when I go into to show more sleep data my stages are not showing. Please help

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 9

Try and restart the watch and its paired iPhone to see if the issues persist

I have restarted both of them this morning. I guess I will know tonight if this has worked
