Health steps different from pedometer apps

this Issue just started today . I usually don’t carry my iPhone but today I did . I have a series 8 Apple watch and an iPhone 13. Just started today the steps in health are over 1000 steps less than the steps on 2 separate pedometer apps I have on my iPhone.

Apple Health App steps do not sync to Apple Watch Activity App/Rings Sometimes my watch battery is flat and steps only get recorded on my iPhone in the Apple Health app, however, there is no way I can get them to sync or add them to the Activity app! Is there a way to adjust the length of a step in the Health app? Is there a way to adjust the length of a step in the Health app? My iphone is updated and i do not have an Apple Watch. i took 100 hundred steps and the app said i took 175! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Apple Health not syncing steps from GloryFit App I use a gloryfit watch and it comes with the app as well, i synced it to apple health and it wont sync my steps, it says the last time I used GloryFit was months ago, but i've been wearing it everyday.

Apple Watch has been tested in scientific studies to be an extremely accurate device for measuring daily step counts for adults. See https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5975150/ for an example article.
