Safari 16.5.2 crashes when I enter 'san' in the address field

My Safari version 16.5.2 running on BigSur 11.7.8 will crash reproducibly whenever I type 'san' into the address field.

Application Specific Information:

*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: '-[NSCache setObject:forKey:cost:]: attempt to insert nil value (key: wi:https://www.santander.co.uk/)'

terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException

My workaround is to disable the 'Include Safari suggestions' in Preferences > Search > Smart Search Field

I saw this was reported before for other two characters combinations, so maybe you want to test if my workaround helps you too.
