Canon RAW lens corrections disappear

I am having issues with Apple Photos retaining lens corrections on my Canon RAW images. When I flip through my RAW images, they appear for about about a second WITH the corrections (no vignetting or distortion), then the corrections disappear and the distortion and vignetting pop onto the images. The RAW images have not been processed anywhere so the "Reprocess RAW" option is greyed out. How do I resolve this issue?
