Bluetooth gone crazy

iPhone 13 (iOS 16.6) connecting to Hyundai Elantra (2017) via Bluetooth.

Connect my phone via bluetooth daily to Hyundai and no problems.

Yesterday everything was working fine in the morning. In the afternoon, I turned on car and phone wouldn't connect. There was a progress bar on the iPhone home screen above all my icons but below the time, cellular strength, wi-fi status and battery icons. Then iPhone screen went very dim and I couldn't increase brightness plus no audio so I rebooted phone a couple of times and it still was acting funny so I turned off bluetooth on phone. iPhone then started working normally and had no other issues. Today I turned on car and iPhone automatically connected via bluetooth and audio played and everything was good with no weirdness. What could have caused this?

Update:

So, I experienced same issue today. Right before I turned off Bluetooth on my phone, I noticed that I was also connected to a wireless keyboard (had in the trunk of the car). I un-paired from the wireless keyboard and so far it is behaving. The only thing I can think of is that there are keys being depressed on the keyboard that is making phone go crazy.
