I deleted the contact. It's not on my list. I deleted him in all messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram) and e-mail as well. But when I get a call from this contact, his name is detected and a small wave is drawn in front of him. As I understand it, it means "intended contact". How can I remove the name? So that when it call, this number becomes just a phone number again.

You need to "block" the number that the messages are coming from. See this:
Block phone numbers and contacts on your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
Note: this may not apply to third-party apps like WhatsApp. You'll need to block separately directly on those apps.

Hello, thank you for your reply. But this is not what I need. I need that when this number calls or writes, it is defined as unknown, nameless. And now it's defined as presumed. Now the name is written and a small wave in front of it. Even though this contact is not in my contacts list.
