A: There is no such thing as macOS 15.
The current version is macOS 13 (Ventura). macOS 14 (Sonoma) will be released later this year.
Microsoft office is not an Apple product. It is a Microsoft product. If you were running a version of Office prior to upgrading to whatever it is you upgraded to, it is probably not compatible with the version of macOS you're running now. You will need to purchase a newer version of office or subscribe to Microsoft 365.

Troubleshooting MS Office Inoperable After an Upgrade?
Are you referring to Catalina (macOS 10.15)? If so, note that Catalina is 64bit-only. So, maybe contact Microsoft, requesting the correct installer. You'd uninstall the current version of Office using an uninstaller > Restart the Mac > install MC Office > Update MS Office > Restart the Mac > Use MS Office.

Maybe your version of Microsoft Office is too old to be compatible with your newer computer operating system. What version of Office are you trying to run? Try updating/upgrading your Office app.
I've got MS Office 2016 running on two Macs using Monterey macOS 12.
You have to have the compatible version and an available license.
